Caravanning and Walking

On my welcome page I listed my hobbies as Caravanning and walking. In this section of my site I would like to share with you some of my ramblings in this fine country of ours. The walking is by no means strenuous and start points are easily  accessible, in fact most start from public car parks.

We have two caravans, One  is sited in Derbyshire, the other is a small freedom caravan, which is very light in weight and can be towed by my Mondeo almost anywhere with the minimum of stress. Both vans are shown in the picture above. At one time most of our roaming were done  by tent having owned many types of tents and thoroughly enjoyed it. Now with the slow onset of age a bit more comfort is called for.
